About Me
After 20 years working within a multinational telecoms' provider, covering the full end to end life cycle of our customers I have learnt a thing or two. For a large part of my career I have covered the full service life-cycle:

- Designed, Improved & Launched New Services Including Commercial & Delivery Models

- Managed Service Delivery & Operations

In addition I have delivered projects of many sizes and dimensions ranging from a handful of resources over a few months to prove new concepts, to complex equipment upgrades & refreshes lasting years. Nearly always on time, and on budget. Beyond projects, I have run successful business programs, typically addressing transformation of some dimension, be it technology, process or people transformation.
In terms of the wider business process, while the majority of my recent roles have been back office looking at “Concept to Order”, and “Order to Delivery” processes, I also have a good grounding in the customer interface including Sales, Contract Management and Claims Management.
My reputation is one of execution, pragmatism and relationship building. I do not believe in win/loss scenarios. There is always a win/win, it just tends to take a little more effort & time. I focus on execution and have little time for empires & silos that prevent business moving forward.
